EMR Customization - Mandatory

Each medical practice is unique unto itself, EMR's are not. Because the government mandates to make everything "standardized", EMR's attempt to put all data, no matter how varied, into the same box. For this reason, it is paramount that a physician customize his EMR so that his patient notes are as unique as each of his patients.
