EMR – Discrete Data, Narrative & Customization

Not only is digitizing man's speech the wave of the future, how it is implemented is also one of the “top topics” lately. Please keep in mind, whereas pointing and clicking through matrices are critical for E/M coding, PMH, medications, lab values, etc., it does not provide an HPI which is unique to each patient.
